If you used a NJ mover and have a problem or complaint, you should contact the mover directly and allow him the opportunity to resolve the problem. If the mover does not resolve the problem in a timely manner, and, if they are a member of this association, we will contact the mover and intercede on your behalf.
If the mover is not a member, the following information and links will direct you to the proper State or Federal Regulatory agency that may be able to assist you.
