If you had a problem from any NJ mover that you used, you should contact the mover directly and allow him the opportunity to resolve the problem.
You must file a written claim with the mover within 90 days regarding any damage or loss.
If the mover does not resolve your problem in a timely manner, and, if they are a member of this association, contact us and we will contact the mover and intercede on your behalf.
